Active Suites DOWN (KB TS-383)

Issue Description

The Active Suites application is currently unavailable. Users are unable to access the platform due to a potential system outage. Follow the steps outlined below to resolve the issue.

Procedure

Step 1: Open a Case with the Help Desk

Immediately report the issue to the Help Desk. Open a case to track the problem.

Step 2: Email the Appropriate Contacts

Email the following contacts to notify them about the Active Suites downtime:
